MANUFACTURING in China, has three factories, two in China and one in Cambodia and currently has over 600 employees, with a team of 15 designers all with differant engineering disiplines. The factory and plantation in Cambodia is dedicated to supplying wood for processing into house-hold items that are manufactured in China. Manufacturing in China is dedicated to growing its own wood, to ensure quality and investing is sustainable forrests. The two manufacturing facilites in China specialise in wood processing, eletrical, tooling, injection moulding, product assembly and fabricating metal parts. Our Plastic Injection Machines produce a wide range of high quality components used in a variety of industries. 'From design to manufacture in one place and at a price which dramatically reduces manufacturing costs!'The Test and Inspection rooms have a variety of machinery to thoroughly test any product, the machines include a climatic chamber, water spray test chamber, soft spray test chamber, chamber for checking fire resistant material, shaker < 50 kg, EMC chamber, hardness tester and X-ray ‘RoHs tester’ Each test assures quality is maintained and insures that products are manufactured to the highest specification. We will also accommodate any requirements the customer requests, for testing and evaluation. Each member of production is trained in quality as well as assembly to assure every piece manufactured is to the highest standards. 'Dealing direct with the factory cut out any middle men!'Our production managers evaluate efficiency and work to reducing costs further, from goods inwards, production to final packaging and inspection. Packaging is calculated so the maximum amount of product can be placed in every container. |
